The Structure of DNA is a Deep Dive video in the MIT online course Molecular Biology: DNA Replication and Repair. The video reinforces key structural and functional characteristics of DNA and illustrates some often difficult-to-visualize perspectives, such as how the flattened view of the helix is derived and how the major and minor grooves also coil in 3D space.
